Yellow Leather Coral, Lobophytum sp., is a great addition to the reef aquariums for aquarists of all experience levels. It is a coral that requires medium lighting and medium water flow. Depending on the individual aquarium characteristics (lighting, water flow), it may do fine at any level of the aquarium. It is a passive coral and will not damage other organisms in which its tentacles come in contact, though it may be damaged by other corals. Yellow Leather will benefit from feedings of any supplement designed for filter feeders. Iodine and strontium will help ensure its continued health.
